This reworks the pause menu design completely. Instead of taking up the whole screen, the menus now slide out from the side of the screen.

This is basically a rewrite of most of the menu system.

This is mostly ready to go. 2 outstanding issues:

When hitting ui_cancel (ie <esc>) and opening a submenu of the Main Menu closes all menus instead of backing out to the Main Menu. Not positive whether I prefer this way or not.
Saves do not currently hide the UI for taking the screenshot
